There is a per person weight limit of 300 lbs and a total, per boat limit of 700 lbs.
Are there any health restrictions?
Part of the fun at MINI BOAT ADVENTURES is that, at times, we will be riding in open water. Although usually calm, the sea can be choppy at times. We strongly do not recommend guests with neck or back problems or recent surgery to participate in this trip. Pregnant women should not participate.
Are good swimming skills required?
You don't need to be an experienced swimmer to join and enjoy the snorkeling as you will be wearing a lifejacket and all of our guides will be in the water with you to assist you. Non-snorkelers and non-swimmers are free to relax onboard and enjoy a drink.
What should we bring with us?
- A Swimsuit
- Water shoes or Sandals (flip-flops are fine)

Cancellation Policy & Weather
Tours are non-refundable if cancelled under 48 hours
Up until 48 hours until trip check-in time, you may make any changes or cancellations that you like, all without any penalty. All you have to do is email or call us. Cancellations made within, no shows or guests missing the departure time will receive full charge.
If we cancel a tour due to weather, you will not be charged. We make all the determinations about weather cancellations however, so please don't make the mistake of deciding you're not going to come because you think the weather might not be acceptable, as you will be charged if the trip goes out.
Described order of destinations and amount of stops may vary. Depending on the particular weather for the day, our guides will take you where conditions and snorkeling are best at the time, sometimes Palominito, Lobos Cay or Palominitos will be our first option. Sometimes, we are not able to make it to all islands because of weather, in such case we may offer you an interpretive hike trough the antique chalk mines of Icacos island as a replacement for one of the snorkeling stops. We will let you know about this option, as soon as we know the excursion may change because of weather.
If you ever have a question about the weather conditions, please call us to be sure.
